ConciergeRN provides an extensive range of comprehensive care services designed to meet the diverse needs of our patients. These include postoperative recovery, hospice care, medication & TPN administration, IV therapy, pulmonary exercises, vital signs monitoring, showering and hygiene assistance, wound care treatment, mobility support, environmental safety evaluation and modifications, accompany and advocacy during medical appointments, nutrition guidance, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living. We also provide the management of central lines, medications, drain and wound vac, symptom relief management, and more.
